Heather DeFalco strives to make civil matters as stress-free as possible for her clients. As a high-level government labor attorney, she brings a wealth of experience to all aspects of litigation: ranging from the initial filing, written discovery, depositions, drafting of dispositive motions to alternate dispute resolution.
Heather represented state agencies at the Oregon Department of Justice and was the labor and employment attorney for the City of Gresham, Ore., where she trained and advised various agencies on legal matters. She also clerked under the Hon. Miriam Shearing at the Nevada Supreme Court.
Heather considers it important to carefully explain legal processes to her clients to ease their worries and concerns. She’s always quick to respond to questions and calls from clients.
Heather graduated from University of Oregon Law School, where she worked as the Symposium Editor for the Oregon Law Review, and is licensed to practice in California and Oregon.
A mother of two young children, Heather volunteers at their schools and co-leads her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
