William Percy handles complex litigation for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies involving business torts, breach of contract, product liability, unfair competition, consumer disputes and more.
He also provides general counsel to startups: mergers, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate formation, day-to-day operations and overall legal strategy. He serves his clients with integrity, tenacity and a sharp mind for highly technical legal disputes.
At Suffolk University Law School, William’s studies focused on trial advocacy and financial services. He also clerked at a premier New England medical malpractice firm and excelled in Moot Court competitions. Before that, he studied Political Science and was a member of the row crew at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
He’s admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.
In his spare time, Will enjoys trying new restaurants, participating in triathlons, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
